Lead Evangelist & Women's Ministry Leader
MEET OUR CHURCH LEADERS
Norberto Aquino III is the Evangelist of ICOC Cavite. He is married to Maria Theresa for 21 years and they are blessed with a son, Derek. Together, they serve the entire ICOC Cavite providing vision and guidance for the spiritual growth and direction of the church.
Bong and Thess (as they are fondly called) were both converted in the Campus Ministry. Bong, was a basketball varsity player from RTU and was reached out in the Arts, Media and Sports Sector in December of 1994. He was trained and raised-up as a Ministry Intern in 1997 then he became a missionary to Batangas and led the church from 1997 until 1999. Aside from working full time in the ministry, on his spare time, Bong would study about health and fitness and later on became a Certified Fitness Trainer. He is also passionate about endurance sports particularly, triathlon. He is an Iron Man Finisher.
Thess became a Christian in September of 1991 while finishing her last semester at AMA Computer College. She worked for several years at Union Bank of the Philippines while leading the Singles Ministry in Southern Frontier Sector from 1992 until 1995. Later that year in 1995, Thess was called to be part of Batangas Mission Team, she gave up her job at once and led the Women’s Ministry there until 1999.
Bong and Thess have led different ministries in the past: Mandaluyong Sector in 1999 and East Region in 2004. Bong was appointed as an Evangelist in 2003 and Thess as a Women's Ministry Leader. They are fully engaged in the ministry and their love for God and the church enabled them to overcome challenges in life and continue to serve in the ministry for more than 25 years. All because of God’s grace.
Bong finished a Certificate in Biblical Studies at Athens Institute of Ministry in 2008; a Diploma in Christian Studies at The Asia Pacific Leadership Academy in 2010. Bong and Thess are both facilitators for Movie Therapy on Marriage and Parenting Workshops.
Currently, they serve as the Geographic Region Leaders of ICOC Philippines for South Luzon Churches: Cavite, Laguna Batangas, Rizal and Quezon along with Mindoro and Bicol Region.

Bryan & Kaye Picar
ICOC Bacoor Leaders
Ro-Bryan and Katherine Picar are young leaders, married since 2012. Bryan was baptized in 2012, while Kaye has been a disciple since 1997, the eldest daughter of Bobby and Vangie Sto. Domingo. They met in college at Philippine Christian University. Both works from home since the pandemic, whereas Bryan, is a Video Analyst while Kaye is a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. They also manage a photo booth business that has been running since 2012.
They started leading a Bible Talk in 2014 and eventually became a Housechurch leaders, Bacoor Zone Leaders in 2020, and became Sector Leaders at the beginning of 2023. Bryan, who is also part of the ICOC Cavite Board of Trustees, and Kaye, who serves in the Worship Ministry, also serve as ICOC Cavite church's media coordinators doing multi-media tasks and even broadcasting worship services to help those who are far from the church and make it possible to worship online.
Currently, they are leading ICOC Bacoor with the guidance of our Lead Evangelist and Women's Ministry leaders, Bong, and Thess Aquino.

Ed & Aileen Arnedo
ICOC Imus Leaders
Ed and Aileen Arnedo are over fifteen years as a married couple, blessed with two male children, Arell Daniel (13) and Allian Matteo (2). Ed is part of the MDS Singles ministry when he became a disciple nineteen years ago while Aileen is from the Campus ministry about twenty-one years ago.
Ed is a certified Civil Engineer and Aileen is a Medical Technologist. Ed loves to play basketball while Aileen loves reading and zumba.
They were originally part of ICOC Manila in Manila District Sector (MDS) but soon relocated in ICOC Cavite.

Wencee & Lalyn Duque
Wency and Lalyn Duque are mature disciples and have just turned eighteen years as a married couple this April. They have two daughters, Hannah Elizabeth (sixteen) and Lindsay Eunice (thirteen). Hannah is a teen disciple turning one year this 2020.
Wency became a disciple in the Mandaluyong Singles' Ministry almost twenty-five years ago while Lalyn was part of the Campus ministry in Adamson University, Manila and will now be twenty-nine years as a Christian this year. Their love story began on a sister's household group date in Mandaluyong.
Eric & Rosanna Manalo
ICOC Gen. Trias Leaders
Eric and Rosanna are fourteen years as a married couple. Eric comes from the Campus ministry and will be turning twenty-eight years this 2020 while Rosanna is from the Singles ministry almost twenty years ago. Their love story begins while in the Pasig East Region of ICOC Manila. They have three children namely Angela Clariz (12), Matthew (11), and Elisandra (7). They are leaders in the combined Marrieds & Singles ministry in Pasig, ICOC Manila before but then moved to General Trias, Cavite to nurture their blossoming family. Eric is an entrepreneur while Rosanna is a finance admin.
Dennis & Alma Beltran
ICOC Kawit Leaders
ICOC Kawit is now being lead by Dennis and Alma Beltran. Dennis and Alma is 28 years and 30 years as a disciple respectively. Although they now live here in Kawit, Cavite, both of them comes from the early Manila District Sector of MMCC. Alma was converted in the Singles ministry and later reached out to Dennis who was actively playing basketball back then. They became dating couples, got engaged and was married. Both of them also were able to reach out to their families and many of them became disciples.
They first lead a housechurch of marrieds together back in 1995.
They have four children and are all disciples in Christ now. The eldest son was restored to God this past August 1, 2021 with his wife getting baptized a few months before.
They lead the ICOC Kawit with a shepherding mindset and a very giving heart.
