Good News from Kawit Zone of ICOC Cavite!
As the scripture says in Hosea 6:1, “Come, let us return to the Lord; for he has torn us, that he may heal us; he has struck us down, and he will bind us up.” Ramil Perez is a former disciple from Makati Sector. He was baptized in the Singles Ministry on June 7, 2000.
As a disciple, Ramil was not exempted from experiencing different challenges. Thus, due to different reasons and struggles that came his way – thought that no one could help him find all the answers to his questions, he decided to leave the church in July of 2006. Not knowing that Ramil Perez was no longer a member of the church, that he is married and has children already – Elmer Calauad, his former household mate and a dear friend to him together with his wife Celine Calauad, decided to search for his name on Facebook. Surprisingly, they found him and contacted him. From then on, they communicated, invited Ramil to study the Bible once again. By God’s grace, Ramil's wife Lea, studied the Bible and became a disciple last June 12, 2020; weeks later on July 31, 2020, Ramil Perez was restored in the fellowship.
Truly, God’s hands are not too short to save and His ear not too dull to hear (Is. 59:1). Ramir, welcome back to the family of believers!
